Is it possible to change my billing due date? I'd like to adjust it so it falls on the 1st of each month.

Generally no, as Telus wants billings distributed through the month. You may be able to request a change, but I have heard of few who have had success.

I was able to get my 2 mobile accounts aligned to be due on the same date by contacting customer service. I don't know about choosing an arbitrary due date however. Contact customer service and ask.
