for mobile accounts a call back if offered, on my home account i have to wait 1 hour on the phone, why is this?

@pkealy My apologies for the late reply. Call back service is offered for both mobility and residential lines of business but is toggled on/off throughout the day depending on service levels. Many factors may affect availability and it sounds like it wasn't available at the time you called - sorry about that experience.
