cannot report broken link to website from email advising bill is broken.

Just Moved In

Trying to report a broken link as a good customer.  Can't find anything on the website to report it.  Chat robot is totally useless.  Not gonna sit on the phone for 1 hour to report it.  Telus, if you want to keep improving your service, allow us to feedback on website errors!

@Frustrated6 Website feedback can be provided through the support page. Here's how:

1) On the main telus.com landing page, click on Support in the upper right corner

2) On the Support page, click on the persistent Feedback button floating on the right and it'll take you through a brief survey on your experience followed by a comment box. The feedback goes directly to our website developers.
