Any attempt to change anything that is "self service" gives me an error that says its not working, please try again.
Because of this phone support is hopeless with hours of wait time,your chat AI continually points to the same help articles that don't help, and all it offers is a callback option somewhere in the future.
So should we abandon all hope?
It's tough to say for sure what the issue is since that requires an customer service rep to look through your account but curiously, did you recently sign up for service or was a change made to the account not that long ago preceding the trouble?
