So I post in a the forum I havent got any support. They respond by saying send them a private message. I sent a message and their response was "Unfortunately, not something we could answer. If you have any questions, send us a private message and well get back to you" Best RESPONSE EVER!

I used telus support on x/Twitter and they said they could help me. Then they said “As much as we'd love to help, we do not have further access from our end or the option to speed up the process but we can take your feedback if you have more details you'd like to share with us.”. Now they tell me I’m supposed to post on the forum. This is just AI giving customers the runaround. There is no support or customer service. It is call centre in a foreign country. I have been a new Telus customer for 3 days and already regretting my decision to switch from my previous carrier
