I'd really like to know what the heck is going on at Telus. Honestly.
In November I got a notification saying my email had been changed to an email I've never seen before and a name my husband and I don't know. IT TOOK 2 MONTHS for this to finally get resolved. After being told "I'll call you back personally" by employees, being hung up on and not reached back out to 3 times, and talking to 4 different departments. It was finally over, so I thought. I have just been charge for extra services and products I NEVER ORDERED AND WAS TOLD I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR. So does ANYONE have contact information for someone at telus I can talk to that can actually resolve this issue, because I don't think i can handle the mental anguish of having to call again to 4 different departments, for this to happen again.
