My 24 month contract has been closed no explanation

I called Telus in Nov.15 2019 and asked if I could stop my service while we visit our sick mother for three months.
They said (Telus customer support) that just disconnect your router and boxes and there would be no charge.

Now it seems my 24 month internet discount contract looks cancelled and they charged me a service fee $225 HS and TTV Service agreement Fee.

You'll need to speak with someone at Telus directly. This type of issue cannot be resolved on the forums.
