I cancelled my account on 2024-08-03 as I did not wish to renew my contract with Telus.
Paid my last bill in full on 2024-07-09 of $112.00. I own my device, and was no longer under contract with monthly phone plan. There were no outstanding charges.
2024-08-09 billed $44.80 (due to account being closed, unable to see the breakdown of what this was)
2024-09-09 billed $15.68 (again unable to see what these charges included)
I would like to know the details of how these amounts came to be.
I also could not find any phone number to call Telus, and was unable to use the app as the website directs as I no longer have an active account. Incredibly frustrating.
