Hi!
I have a Telus Fibre connection I'd like to transfer to my wife for ownership. I filled out the form, got a text, support reached out to my wife telling her she'd get a text, but that never happened. I called support again, and they kept redirecting me to different departments, and after calling 3 times, I'm not sure what to do anymore.
Could someone from the support team reach out to me to help me transfer ownership of my Telus Fibre account to my wife?
