Just Moved In

I was on a two year contract and recently I talked to customer loyalty department to renew my contract.  I was given a package for $49 . One of the credit was not applied for more than a year. I was told by the rep to talk with their manager to override this discount expiry. Your manager by the name " David" raised the price of my deal and make it to $129. I was very upset. It is a long story. I would like to have my complaint escalated to higher level.

Just Moved In

I'm having a similar issue. I was transferred to the manager 'David,' and he politely asked me to leave Telus for good after 15 years....
