Does anyone know how you cancel your account? My wife and I moved on Sept 23, and were supposed to have our service come with us. Instal was delayed twice, on sept 25 we were informed no install was forthcoming until Oct. 15. Long story short we had service from another provider on the 27. I have since spent hours on hold, sent a ticket, had a scheduled call with a manager that I unfortunately just missed, no second call 5 min later like I requested in case that happened. I am now being charged for service I don’t have (and wouldn’t have had even if I’d stayed), they only response to the ticket I sent in last week was a text message remind me to pay the bill. What am I doing wrong?
