So my account was coming up for renewal and I did renew after going back and forth in my mind weather or not to switch to Shaw. As part of the resigning deal they set me up for Fiber Optik instead of the copper line i am on now. That was a week ago and the guy who setup my renewal told me if i did not hear from anyone in a week about trenching my new Fiber Optik line to call the number he gave me. So a week has gone by and i called the number as no one reached out to me. The guy answered my call and said he was on holidays and how did I get his number?? He than told me i have to speak to Telus to get a ticket started. Well trying to talk to telus is like pulling teeth with all the recordings and AI nonsense. So my question is: Is there a direct number to this dept? How can i find out if there has been a ticket started? They setup an appt to come into my house on Nov 20th to do the inside install.
Anyone have any suggestions?
