So ive got the fiber to our doorway, telus ran this out years ago to our condo, others on my floor have had telus fiber, we have not.
weve got that terminator and plug drilled through out wall like the image here in the comments. https://forum.telus.com/t5/Internet-Home-Phone/How-to-get-Fiber-into-my-Condo-unit/m-p/143634/highli...
is there ANYTHING that the telus tech needs to do anywhere else in our building ie the telco/shaw/power/water room in the basement of our condo that i would need to find access to for the installer?
or can they simply plug into that and run the fibre inside our condo and plug in the ONT etc etc.

For new installs, they will likely need access to the telco/electrical room where the fiber node is. There are rare cases where the fibre strand running to your unit may not be connected on the other end yet. In my building, for all first time installs, Telus needed access to the telco/electrical room.

depends on the prewire. the OP terminal is hot and ready to go. Nighthawk may have been prewired lines to each suite requiring Telus connection room access
