I had to renew my home Internet and TV service today. What was supposed to be a simple request turned into a 3.5 hour marathon on the phone. I spoke with 2 representatives who quoted me two different prices. The 2nd representative insisted the first one made a mistake on the quote. I was so frustrated with the 2nd representative as he said the previous quote was impossible and then refused to transfer me to a manager when I requested it, so forced me to deal with him. In retrospect, I should have hung up on him, but did not want to go through another long wait. Not happy with the service and may cancel.
