I moved my services but still have to pay

I currently just moved my home services to my new address, everything is still the same, my network even the boxes. But now for the past couple of months i have had to pay for home services at my old adress and my new address. I dont know what to do im tired of paying double and i dont even know why im having to pay double. Shouldnt services be cut off at my old address if i moved my home services?

Normally if service is moved to a new address, the old one is removed. No one on the forums here will have access to your account so calling Telus is the best way to get answers.
