Hi, moral of the story is I'm moving - my new address doesnt have fiber as an option... so I need to cancel my service. Working in IT, I genuinely need the fiber connection, not copper. I've spent 9 hours on the phone the last 2 days with these... "representatives" only to still be at square 1.... No clue what the hell is going on with these people, all I want to do is cancel my service from the 1st of next month... why is this so complicated? Getting transfered to 4 different departments, only to end up back at customer service lmao, 4 hours on the phone to go back to where I was originally. An absolute joke.

sounds like you have signed up for a contract term. They continue to offer the service where you are, you are moving away from where the ervice is available. does your contract have an escape should you move?

Hi @MadnessRising - a new address not having Fibre is not a way to get out of a service agreement but if you are month-to-month you should be able to cancel anytime.
Do you still need assistance?
