Has anyone else been billed a hefty bill after canceling their home services?! I am having issues with my home service bill after canceling my services due to moving. I opened up my account to check my mobility bill and to my surprise I am getting billed for Oct.28-Nov.27 for home services in a home I am no longer living in and for twice as much as I was paying before. I called and canceled way ahead of time (Sept. 30) and my contract was up Nov.3. The manager on the phone said I may be charged for the couple of days that we were at the house still (we were there until Oct. 31) which I said was fair. But he didn't say I would be charged for the whole month! I have been trying to get a hold of an agent for days with no luck. I have a busy toddler so I can't be on the phone on hold for hours. I am not happy at all, and I am seriously considering never ordering telus home services ever again!

When you cancel, charges should only cover up until the last date the service was used. Please reach out to us directly through private message, and we can access your account details securely to investigate and escalate this matter.
