How come you keep messing with my account

Just Moved In

*Friday- I just wanted to move my services to another home for Aug 5th

 

*I Called back

 

*Sat- I was moved to the wrong home

 

*I Called back

 

*Sat- Someone ordered Telus online security on my account

 

*I Called back

 

*Sunday- You cut off my camera access and reset it

 

*I Called back

 

*Sunday- You lied and still had me moving to the wrong place

 

*I Called back

 

*Sunday-Now you cut off my internet and cable and moved me 1 month too soon

*Monday- You sent an email stating my order is on the way- to an address I don’t live at, and I never ordered anything

*Monday address still 100% incorrect

*Monday- email sent at 3pm again stating they resent my equipment....and ill get charged for it

*Monday- you deleted my profile!!

*Monday- Wrong address again!!\

*Manager called monday while I was at work-  didn't help  said other manager is on her off..?? so she can't help

* I got new internet hooked up-  I told her when they can come install... she laughed and out in some random date and time.

Update- they have now changed my home phone number to some random persons number
