I'm also dealing with the same issues, I was lied to my my Telus rep about mobile prices and offered free nexflix but failed to mention I would have to pay for optic tv that costs 2x as much as Netflix / nothing but lies! Now I've been on the phone for an hour and a half trying to straighten it all out. Thanks Jannat (Telus rep)

How do I lodge a complaint?
I was called by a sales guy that they would cover the switching fees from my old internet and tv provider. The next week I get a bill for 1200$. When I call Telus they said they will only cover 225$ of it in credits. I asked serveral times before I switch and they confirmed they take care of all of it. So now I’m out 1200 for nothing. I had no problem with my previous provider other than Telus was offering a good deal and I had been a mobile customer for 19 years. I am thinking of pulling all of our business.
