Cannot Manage TV Channels

I am unable to manage my channels online, whether I use the My Telus Web interface or the App. Through the Web, I click the "Manage" link next to the TV service on my account, which brings me to a page that lists the details, but I don't see all the channels, and there's a link telling me to call a number to manage my channels. This is using Safari on a Mac.

Through the mobile app, I see a tile that says my service information could not be retrieved. Hitting Reload simply brings me back to the same screen. This is on an iPhone.

 

Anyone else experiencing the same issue ? Is calling the number the only way forward ? This used to work flawlessly before.

Hey Fred! That sounds annoying. Are you getting any error messages, or is it just not loading at all?

On the web, there’s an option to “Manage” my TV subscription, but when I go there, there’s simply no option to actually make any changes to my channels, and there’s a note that actually tells me I have to call a given number to do that.

On the mobile app, it simply says it was not able to load my channels, with an option to “Reload”. Touching reload simply brings back the same screen saying it’s not able to load channels.

This used to be readily available on the Web application, and it’s frustrating that we seem to going backward, rather than progressing, in this regard.
