My Disney+ Subscription included in my EPP Stream+ Premium subscription has stopped working.
Disney+ says they have no active subscriptions under my user and that TELUS cancelled my subscription.
Email received in August 2024: Great news, you’re all signed up for Disney+ through TELUS.
We noticed that you have two Disney+ subscriptions associated with this email address; therefore, we have paused billing on your subscription billed by Disney+, while your subscription through TELUS remains active.
You do not need to take any action - billing on your original Disney+ subscription will resume when your subscription via TELUS ends, or if it changes to a lower subscription tier.
If you would like to manage your paused subscription, please contact us.
I did contact Disney+, and they say BOTH of my subscriptions have been cancelled by TELUS.
WHY?
