Hello Everyone!
I just activated my Telus line on my iPhone 12 Pro with eSIM. I kept my old number for my previous provider.
Right now, this is my main and only line on this phone.
everything works fine except for voicemail. I'm not receiving voicemail notification. I do get "you have a new voicemail" popup... but I do not get the notification badge on the voicemail tap in the phone app.
Anything I can do to get this working?
also, in my voicemail setting, I want to activate the sms notification. The notification is enabled and set to my number... but I not receiving anything when a new voicemail is left. How is it supposed to work?

Sorry for the late reply, if you didn't get help, please try these steps:
Go to Settings > Notifications > scroll down and tap Phone turn off Badges and wait about a minute and then turn it back on. Then, go to Settings > Notifications > Phone and turn off Badges. Then, restart your iPhone and go to Settings > Notifications > Phone and turn Badges on

I tried this... and it didn't work.
badge is fine for missed calls. but nothing appears for voicemail.
I called tech support on Wednesday. And also talked to them on Thursday.
I did a reset network settings. and also reset all settings.
problem is still present.
a ticket as been issued. I'm waiting for a callback.
