confirmed... not supported for prepaid... it says this on Telus' website : Note: If your phone is lost or stolen or on a Prepaid account, you will not be able to perform a SIM change online. apparently, Telus does not support transferring esim to one device to another (this is one thing that bell does right). You have to buy a new esim voucher. buying online will take time to receive your order... I would say minimum 1 week (and probably more like 2.25KViews0likes0CommentsRe: voicemail notification
I tried this... and it didn't work. badge is fine for missed calls. but nothing appears for voicemail. I called tech support on Wednesday. And also talked to them on Thursday. Hello Everyone! I just activated my Telus line on my iPhone 12 Pro with eSIM. I kept my old number for my previous provider. Right now, this is my main and only line on this phone. everything works fine except for voicemail. I'm not receiving voicemail notification. I do get "you have a new voicemail" popup... but I do not get the notification badge on the voicemail tap in the phone app. Anything I can do to get this working? also, in my voicemail setting, I want to activate the sms notification. The notification is enabled and set to my number... but I not receiving anything when a new voicemail is left. How is it supposed to work?6.6KViews0likes2Comments
