I received my last monthly Telus bill and there are 3 wrong charges on my bill. Unfortunately I am travelling in Europe right now and I would like to reach Telus Customer Care to discuss these charges - without paying the $15 / Day Roaming fee. Is there a chance to contact Telus via Online Chat / Email or any any other online way instead of a regular phone call please?
You can try contacting them through Twitter at TELUSSupport or through their Facebook page. Usually billing inquiries need to go directly to the accounts department, so you may have to call to make the correction.
