WiFi Calling while Roaming

I have a couple of specific scenarios I would like to know if I would be charged for if anyone has experience.

I am traveling to the US. Airplane mode is ON and WiFi is turned on. I then connect to a WiFi signal and do the following:

- If I send a text

- If I make a call to a US number

- If I make a call to a Can number

- If I receive a call

hey unfourntly with telus wifi calling isnt Avaible outside of canada. But I would recommend if you have an iphone or Andorid is to connect to wifi and use whatsapp or Imessage. even text now for instance. with my company rogers i can use it outside of canada but i will be charged the roam like home fee of 12 dollars. 

So on wifi i use Skype Whatsapp or Facebook Messenger. if you have google hangouts you can use that to.
