I have been trying for two days to find someone that can give me plan options for my current Telus Hub. I have been on hold for over 7 hours back and further being put through every department known to man, still no one can tell me who can help me change my plan. I have had the Telus smart hub for over 10 years and wanted to look at getting an unlimited data plan like they are advertising for new customers over a two year contract, no one knows how or who can help me. I have had my call dropped three times and then transferred a total of 7 to get no where. I am currently on hold now for another 45 minutes because the agent said she is not sure who can help me and is trying to do a consultation and connect me. I am pretty much ready to walk away and get Starlink, donโt need this lack of customer service. Has anyone else had this issue?

Usually new customer plans are only available to new, not renewing customers, and requires buying the new device as well. Is there someone else in your home who can become the new customer?
This has been the situation as far back as I can remember (like when 3 year contracts were a thing).
