It was quite a miserable experience, thankfully, the next day a very nice lady took her time to find someone that would help me. I really appreciated that. She stayed on the line with me for the 45 minute wait and then had to try a different department on hold for another 30 minutes to finally find a department that could assist. I have been trying for two days to find someone that can give me plan options for my current Telus Hub. I have been on hold for over 7 hours back and further being put through every department known to man, still no one can tell me who can help me change my plan. I have had the Telus smart hub for over 10 years and wanted to look at getting an unlimited data plan like they are advertising for new customers over a two year contract, no one knows how or who can help me. I have had my call dropped three times and then transferred a total of 7 to get no where. I am currently on hold now for another 45 minutes because the agent said she is not sure who can help me and is trying to do a consultation and connect me. I am pretty much ready to walk away and get Starlink, don’t need this lack of customer service. Has anyone else had this issue?1.2KViews0likes3Comments
