Hello. I have a Can-Us-Mex plan but I have not been able to connect to any network. Telcel and movistar both say (forbidden) behind them. No matter what I try it just won't connect. My data roaming is turned on, I have it set to automatically select network, and have also tried manually selecting a network which just ends with it telling me said network is unavailable. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

Can you turn air plane mode on and then off? After that power-cycle your device and try again.
