Activated a Prepaid eSIM for the $100/365 days plan with the BONUS100 in store with a rep, however, when I try to call I get an insufficient balance or no phone plan.

Sounds like a step was missed along the way. Have you made sure the account was topped up with the $100 plus taxes, and then the $100 plan selected, which will have taxes attached?

As @NFtoBC mentioned, you need to top up the account with the $100 and then add the plan. If you are missing the bonus, just send us a private message and we can help add that for you.
