Disney Plus offer

Hello -

I got a 5g plan and a new galaxy S24 plus a few months ago.  Am I eligible for the 24 month Dplus promo?

Looked at the checkout for the applicable plan but it v was listed at $12.99.  How do I know if I will get the bonus if I sign up?

Once you’ve selected the plan and logged into your MyTELUS it should show the plan at $0 on Telus.com/disneysubscription if it does click add now and may show the $12.99 but if hit continue the next page before entering credit card details should show $12.99 and $12.99 credit for 24 months to take it to $0.

If still showing the $12.99 on the final page where asks for credit card details might have to call in to make sure your MyTELUS account is linked properly.

It depends on the plan. Anyone signing up for our 5G+ Premium Unlimited rate plan should qualify. If you log into your online account, can you copy and paste the exact rateplan name you're subscribed to?

It is listed as - Unlimited Canada-US-Mexico 100 5G+

That plan may not qualify - the restrictions I'm seeing is specific to the "5G+ Premium Unlimited" plan. You can try signing up with these steps to see if you're able to redeem the offer:

Navigate to telus.com/disneysubscription.

Select Add Now under the Disney+ Standard plan with the purple banner.

Sign in with your MyTELUS credentials.

Follow the checkout steps to redeem your offer.

Once complete, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your Disney+ account.

If that doesn't work, it's likely your plan does not qualify.
