Yup, the customers service is really bad! They ARE NOT really soling the problems, also lie to you. I experienced in this year. It was couple times for me already. It was horrible. The same mobility pricing problem, I needed to call them after 3-4 months. Because of the prices changed after 3-4 months after I complained. Last time I called them was in May, and with the same issue. The loyalty department rep confirmed me the price (the price after tax) won't change any more until I make any changes. However, 4 months later, I received my bill, SAME ISSUE HAPPENED AGAIN!!!!! The price ran up... I felt I just wasting my time to call them and ask what is going on again. I called them with this problem at list 3 times in this year. I don't understand what happen to them. They just DO NOT care about it. Once, they even hung up my phone. When I told them the price problem, they said the previous rep actually wrote down the notes. But the new rep was telling me the payment I received should be the amount I need to pay..... I shocked!!!!! They was changing every time I called in. They are just many liars there. I DO NOT KNOW do I need to call in after 3-4 months to solve the same problem again ( hopeful not). I was tired and sick of this.
