Data Promo on Long-Term Prepaid Plan

I just activated a Prepaid Account on the 90 Day Long-Term Plan.

 

This Plan includes 3GB of Data for 90 Days, and a 2GB Promo Add-On that continues as long as I opt-in to Auto-Renew.

 

I see in MyTelus under My Usage the 3GB of Data for the Plan; the expiry date for this Data is 89 days from now, to match the expiry date for the Plan.

 

I also see the 2GB Promo Add-On; the expiry date for the Add-On is 29 days from now.

 

I understand that I only get 3GB of Data in total over a period of 90 days. What am I confused about is the Promotional Data.

 

Data is being deducted from the Add-On first; now, since Add-Ons operate on a monthly cycle (from what I can tell), what I can't figure out is do I get another 2GB of Promo Data in 30 days? Or do I not get any more Promo Data, in which case I must use this 2GB before it expires or I lose it?

You're correct in that add-ons should renew monthly, but you may want to reach out to our Mobility team directly to confirm.
