Convert prepaid to other plan

I got a prepaid talk and text 100 for a special project while I'm abroad. Turns out, prepaid does not work while traveling.

I need urgent access to the voicemal and would like to use voice and text under this number.

Is there a way to convert the prepaid account into a whatever account where I can use my existing SIM and existing number? Ideally upgrade through MyTelus? 

I'm pretty desparate and willing to pay through the nose. Thank you.

Also, is there a way to express my emotions in the strongest possible terms to Telus/Bell and the clerk who sold me prepaid as an international solution?

Could I get an email please with information how to convert my prepaid number to postpaid account that would be greatly appreciated. I’ve talked to numerous representatives on the phone and they couldn’t figure out how to do it. I would really like to change it .
