Sadly the information Dial +1-647-637-7243 (to type +, press and hold zero) is stale. "The number you have dialed is not in service." Any other solutions?

Thanks everyone. That's a bummer. If I read you right, there is no way to get international voice and text on prepaid? What a waste of money then not to mention that I'll be stranded for a couple more weeks.
