How long does it take to add this? I've waited 24 hours and the system still says it's being added and to check back later. Isn't this stuff all automated and digital? I'm pretty sure when I added it to my home phone, it worked right away.

AFAIK, it is automated, as you state. You may have to make a call to get the system prodded.

Yes, correct, there was some issue and the first agent was not able to add it and he required further support. Unfortunately, when I asked about EasyRoam, I got the same response about it not being compatible with my plan (just trying to get me to change my plan).
