I am not receiving any text messages

I am not receiving any text messages | WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! 

I ported my number and transferred my data from my iPhone to Google Pixel 10 Pro. I am not receiving any text messages, and my I cannot activate my Mobile Network in the watch. 

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! 

I have been on the line for 6 hours yesterday, nothing fixed. Agents were useless. Nothing helped. I needed this to receive message to authenticate logins for my work, and they did not understand the urgency for this.

TRANSFERRING SERVICE TO TELUS WAS THE WORST DECISION I EVER MADE IN MY LIFE!!!!!
