Inquiry Regarding Recent Customer Service Experience
I had a problem with my new sim card.
Many people tried to help me with a problem over several days without success but they were nice people and they did their best.
On Dec 15, 2025, I tried again to get the problem solved. The person I started out with was very nice and he was working on the problem. He needed to switch to a conference call with other people to complete the process but he accidently transferred me to someone else. I had to start over with him and tried to explain I was suppose to be on conference call. He started talking to me in a rude and demeaning manner. He did finish what the others had started and he did fix the problem. I told him that I did appreciate that he fixed the problem but I also told him that the way he talked to me was very rude. He then said he did that because of the way I talked to him. This is not true at all.
I would like someone to review the recorded conversation I had with the last person I talked to. It maybe helpful to review all of events that have happened from Dec 12 to Dec 15, 2025. I tried the Chat bot but it seemed to be not working.
