Not to happy with Telus! I’ve been with them for years! Not any problem and it’s been so bad lately… I moved into my new home last year in July upgraded to fiber high speed not late on any payments most of the time paid in full but always paid before the date it’s supposed to be paid and my services get cut and not able to get a technician for almost a week and the my mobility bill gets a high rocketed bill! Like wth Telus this is what you do to good paying customer not to mention the people over the phone weren’t helpful one bit! I guess this is what I get for being a long good paying customer!
