Bill Credits?

Ordered a Black Friday deal with new phone and plan. All is good. The latest bill is what I expect.

But there was something in the confirmation email that wasn't expected and I don't understand:
"
Credits and discounts

One-Time Bill Credit $50
-$50.00

Recurring Bill Credit $10 for 15 Months
-$10.00

Credits will be applied to your future bills as applicable.
"

Now none of these credits have appeared on my latest bill, so I guess none of it is "applicable", although I wouldn't reject the credits. But what are they referring to?

@brulaz It looks to be a combination of an incentive (one-time) credit and a promo (recurring) one. Without access to your account, it's difficult to say for certain what it should look like. I'd recommend connecting with our social media team to get a better idea.
