I transfer a number from Telus to Koodo. There was a Stream+ subscription with the number from Telus. The subscription got cancelled. I then tried to subscribe to Stream+ with another number that I have with Telus. I kept getting an error. I asked a rep to add it to my account. I could activate Netflix but Apple TV. I got an error saying not available and try again later. I contacted CS and they had no idea what went wrong. I am suspecting the Stream+ was not properly deactivated when the number got transferred. The system thinks that I still have the subscription.
