Hello, I've had my phone for almost 2 years now. After recent update my phone won't recognize the nano sim card, nor the one that was originally in the phone or a new one I tried. I did pay for extra protection. However Telus won't even look at it. They say I have to pay little over 400.00 and they will send me new phone. I'd really like to get it fixed or find someone who may have same problem? I've tried factory reset and that didn't work either. Thank you kindly.

Is the new SIM registered through your Telus account? Until it is, it won’t be recognized.

Have you contacted Samsung? The update is their responsibility.

Have you tried factory resetting the device?
