Price Match request not processed

Phones purchased with Bring it Back on Nov 28 @ $17 a month @ Telus store.  Black Friday price changed Nov 29 to $10.  Submitted price match requests same day ( 2 phones ) and received text the requests would be processed in 15 days.  No response or acknowledgment yet.  Has been 12 days

Same here, I even called them and they said they didn’t even have the request. Even my plan I got at 65$ and on Black Friday it’s at 60$ and the guy on the phone said they don’t price match plans but when I bought my phone they gave me a paper with a QR code to scan to price match both the phone and the plan. Also requested the price match on the 29th and gave them a call on the 9th this month.

Hi I received 2 emails last night. One of them confirming they matched the price of the device and the other they denied the price match for the plan.

 

here’s what they said in the email where it wasn’t approved:

After carefully reviewing your request, we regret to inform you that your

account does not qualify for a rate plan price adjustment due to the minimum contract value.
