I am on the Exclusive Partner Program. Bought a Galaxy Watch 4 Classic LTE and my Wearable app said "there is no plan for your device in your country", or something like that. A person at the Telus Mobility store agreed, and a one hour call with Tech Support seemed to confirm it. I have since returned the watch. Can it be true that the EPP will not support an LTE smartwatch? And if it will can I use one bought from a private sale?
Just to be clear, I am looking for an LTE watch. Not solely bluetooth. I want to use my watch like a phone with my phone nowhere near. Thanks.

"Connected device" for tablets and smartwatches is generally a $15 add-on feature to plans that don't include it. Some plans will include connected devices such as smartwatches. When looking over the details of a plan look for the following "data sharing on your first connected device when you finance on a 2-year term."
