My recent bill has 5 charges over 5 days for ER/VC ROAM/VOY USA. I contacted support and all they said so far is that I used my phone in the USA for 5 days. That's impossible as I've been in Toronto. There are also two phone calls made to numbers in the USA that I didn't make. I've been on hold for 2 hours, can't seem to reach anyone. Live chat no longer seems to exist. Can somebody please help me?

Were you very close to the lake or out on the lake? I can pick up T-Mobile at the Scarborough Bluffs pretty easily as an example.
