I sent my phone in in mint condition. They have lowballed the evaluation saying buttons aren't working and parts are missing which is impossible.
had I known they would only be giving me $175 for an iPhone 12 Pro Max I would have kept it. I'd like it back now, or to have the full amount credited. I've phoned and messaged support, and the bring it back team. No support, no response. I'm ready to go to Commission for Complaints for Telecom-television Services
