Smart Watch Offer - Waiting?
I signed up for a new phone back in March, and part of the promo was a free smart watch. The fine print said that I would need to wait 4-6 weeks after the delivery of my phone. It's been longer than that and I was wondering when I should be expecting to receive it.

I've also been waiting for the code for this promotion. I've contacted support twice and have been told will get a call back withing 1 to 3 days. It's now been over a week, and almost 9 weeks since I received the phone. Still no call, still no code.

Hello doctormobius, I'm assuming that you never received the text message to order the Watch 8 correct ?
I am also getting the run around with this offer. I just spent the last almost 2 hours going back and forth with support calls, and saying let me connect you and then dropping the calls. I am quite frustrated with it honestly..
