Dropping and horrible reception

I am having SO MANY issues, that I have never had before, with Telus reception. Everywhere, not just in my house

i can't even think of answering my phone in my house, whereas before I could no question. I try outside, and it cut in and out. Everyday, all day.

And it seems all over the place, so it's not just my yard. I have wi-fi calling off. New iPhone 13.

I'm about to turf it

You should have Wi-Fi calling enabled if you're having reception issues at home. Details here to enable.  Do you have 5G enabled or just using LTE? If 5G is enabled just, try it set to LTE and restart your phone. See if the issue persists.

Unfortunately, iPhone's with Intel modems do not have great reception.  Especially when that comes to mid-band spectrum, which Telus mostly has.  Have you tried a different device just to rule out your device being the issue?

Girl me too … they sold me a 5g+ plan then four months in tell me I’m surrounded by cell towers and it will interfere with that. I feel like I’m on 3GS at this point t
