I’m supposed to be bringing my phone back soon but was unable to secure a phone before my date of returning. Am I going to get charged for keeping my phone an extra couple of days? I’m trying to call but I’ve been on hold for almost 2 hours….
If you do not return your device, the Bring-It-Back™ amount will be automatically loaded to your monthly bill in the billing cycle after the contract end date. Once the Bring-It-Back™ amount is loaded to your bill, simply pay the bill as you would every other month.
