Is your community listed on the outages page? There have been a few hiccups in the last day in a few places.
Have you tried calling your home phone from a cell? What does the caller hear? Ringing? Busy? A recording?
The suggested troubleshooting includes unplugging all of your phones and other devices from the phone line. After about 30 seconds reconnect the hardwired phone first and test. If still not working, call Telus from another line or cell and report that you can't make or receive calls. It is most likely an issue outside your home.
