I'm from Ontario and I have wireless home phone service from Telus. I decided to go with the different provider and take my number with me. How do I port out my number from Telus if my ZTE device is not able to receive any port out confirmation messages? Do I go with the landline or mobile line on the porting form to fill out with my new provider?

This is definitely an edge-case and a really good question. You can manually authorize the port but we'll require a call so that our Rep can verify you're the account owner and coordinate with our Port team.
